DIY KRUGERSDORP INCOMPTENCE

Bought and paid for Harvey Tiles. After a few months the tiles started peeling. Called for a Harvey Tile inspector who issued a report stating that these were not Harvey Tiles. Took the issue back to DIY with all the evidence. They packed and delivered a lower grade tile and agreed to replace the tiles in January 2021. Nothing happened. Numerous phone calls and mails still nothing. Contacted the store yet again. They undertook to deliver by 21 April 2021. Nothing happened. Went to the store. Manager acts like a postbox. Oh I spoke to the owner. No phone call, no feedback, no response, no replacement. Very ***********. Is the only recourse now legal action because they just dont deliver on their promises. Will never buy anything there again.
