DIY Depot Palm Springs mall is a ****

Hello Peter please assist me. I made a laybye on the 08th of February 2025 with DIY Depot at Palm Springs Mall. I paid R1500 towards the laybye. To my surprise DIY is now closed and customers were not informed. I got hold of the managers number her name is Katy, she assured me that they'll open shop on the 01st of June 2025. We went on the 02nd of June 2025 they were still buy with renovations. I called Katy back she dinied having told me about the shop opening on the 01st of June 2025. She then asked for my proof of payment I sent it to her. She's not taking my calls anymore. Please assist me I'm stuck I wanna pave the yard at home.
