Dishonest conduct

I purchased good from the Littleton branch paid up front as requested i recieved a portion of the order and they failed to supply the balance of my order, we have been fighting with them for over 2 months now for a refund to the value of R32000,00. Doing business with Diy Depot feels more like a ******* than anything else. Disgusted with the way we have been treated.
