Allanridge, Free State DIY Depot

On 24-03-2018 I bought a wheelbarrow of crusher sand from DIY Depot in Allanridge, Free State, on returning home I put it in a wheelbarrow but it was not full but only about three quarters full. I think it is dishonest to not have a better method of measuring sand into a container.
