DO NOT USE DIXI'S RADIO & TV CENTRE IN KRUGERSDORP

Good Morning, We took our TV and AMP to Dixi's Radio & TV Centre for a quote. We received a quote for the TV two weeks later and we approved the quote. After another week the TV was repaired but there was a black mark on the screen which was not there before, now they telling us we need to replace the complete screen. With the AMP we phoned them every week to ask if they have a quote for us with no success. After three weeks we went to them and they informed us we must pay R150 for a quote which we did, after that we phoned them every 3rd day asking for a quote with no success, after another two weeks they phoned us to tell us that the AMP is repaired and it will cost R850, they did not provide us with a quote and we did not gave them permission to repair the AMP as we were still waiting for a quote. Now they refuse to give us our AMP as it is already repaired and they cannot take out the part. We did not receive a quote nor did we give permission to fix the AMP. Everyone please do not use this people as they overcharge and they do people in by repairing your things without permission and then you just have to pay!!!!!!!!
