Arrogant owner!

I have persevered to return even when having to send food that was overcooked or meat that was still alive, forgiving them their human mistakes over and over, bringing friends in spite of some human errors, supporting Dixies Pub & Grill for well over 6 years, today I returned and got accused of by the owner of complaining too much, he was leaning on my table and had this bully attitude, he said, people never complain, so I answered, you never make mistakes? Last time I went for a fillet, I ordered it medium rare, I got it pale gray and stiff as a board, showed it to the waiter, I sent it back and waited for 30 minutes with no sign of a replacement meal. Of course I walked out and my time was repaid with a simple water on the house!
