Recieved perfume that is spilled

I ordered perfumes online. They were delivered in time, which is super great. However one perfume is spilled. The person who received my parcel immediately notified me and I messaged the courier number and to my surprise they are not responding now. I've been triying to get hold of both Divine Scents and fastway courier but no help at all. I'm a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer.
