What I paid for is not what I received

I am very upset I ordered hair last week which was on special, 20 inch curly hair... They delivered with 2 days but it's not what I paid for, the hair is very short it's definitely not 20 inches. I tried to reach them and complain but they are not responding to my messages on their whatsapp... My money just went down the drain, I don't recommend anyone to buy from them I am very upset these people are very unprofessional and don't value their clients.
