Stay warned!!!
Hi bought my 22 inch after lay buying it for 2 months in the Port Elizabeth branch. After wearing in it only twice within a space of two months the closure was damaged. I called so I would be able to get an exchange of this obviously defective closure. Everyone including the owner of the business told me that has never happened and it my fault. Obviously as a frustrated customer I lashed out in disappointment. He threatened to curse my generation if I ever attempt to take further actions like writing to hellopeter. Unfortunately for me I'm stuck with a closure that is damaged for a wig I barely ever have worn.

23 Mar 2021, 08:10Closures are of very sensitive material (lace )if you are not very careful you might damage it ...Will call you to see if we can’t help you to repair .Unfortunately how people treat their wigs after purchase is out of our control but will do my utmost best to assist you .The hair quality is definitely tops and I am glad that’s not the complaint .You may need to replace the closure if the damage is beyond repair .
