Bad service from rude owner

Purchased hair directly from the owner and it was sent and when it got here the hair was not the same as the advertised hair and it was falling off. I contacted her and told her my problem and she said I must return it to have it fixed. When I refused she got upset and was rude telling me how she didn't ask me to send her money and that I should return the hair so that she will refund me IMMEDIATELY. After receiving the hair she came up with stories the whole day and would ignore me when I called. She refunded me the next day. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs hair. They are rude and send you something you didn't order. Bad service from a rude person. Her number is ********** 809
