BAD ATTITUDE FROM BOSS LADY SHES VERY RUDE

I bought a couple of wigs from their randpark ridge branch and never had a problem or complain before. Beginning of this year around April, I bought a curly wig after wearing it a few times I realized that the texture of the Hair and the closure are not the same. Last week I went to the branch to buy another wig as I was there I told the lady who was helping me about the curly wig she said I should bring the wig with issues. I went to the branch to buy another wig the other day and decided to go with the curly one that had issues so that they can try to fix it for me . THE ARROGANT BOSS LADY WAS THERE...she asked me when did I buy the wig? I answered her but the response I received back was not so pleasant, unprofessional with very bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with these people, very selfish and bossy. She even treat her workers so bad in front of customers...Bad customer service.
