Bad business practice

The company look very promising when our school started doing business with them but what a disappointment they proved to be. Our parents ordered supporter shirts from them based on the design they did for our school, Hoërskool Piet Potgieter. When the shirts arrived it was not in the pantone colours of our school. After contacting them to voice our disappointment we had to wait about 2 - 3 weeks to hear back from them. They then collected the shirts and it has been about 3 weeks again and still no answer although we have contacted them twice now. I will not advise schools do to business with them unless they can send you a sample of the actual colours after printing. Now we as school has to answer parents as it is their money that was spend.
