Payment made no training supp****

We booked and paid for a course called Master Class for EAs, PAs and Office Managers in November 2015. The day I was supposed to fly to Johannesburg to attend this course at the Indaba hotel in fourways I got an email postponing till 28 and 29 January 2016. Since then I have been unable to get hold of anyone. When checking the VAT and CK no they don't exist. Called SETA they are no longer registered with them. I think we have been ****med. Called Indaba hotel no training for this course was ever booked.
