Still waiting on products purchased

Good morning, I placed a order with Divine Hair on the 02 October 2026. I asked for tracking number so I can track my order. I receive excuses via whatsapp that business hours closed need to send a email. I am still waiting on the order I placed and confirmation of delivery. Either she sends the order or pay my money back.
