Disgusting client service

I ordered perfume from Divine Fragrances via their website

When I had no confirmation of pending delivery or any communication whatsoever, I reached out to the number on their site. Message after message and I just got generic responses. Eventually after about a week and a half after my order, I was told that the owner was on holiday and they are upgrading their site and that is the reason for the lack of communication.

The order was sent our quite fast after that.

To make me have faith in the company, the owner promised a 50% off code for my next purchase. Round two of no communication. I have messaged so many times and just get ignored by her. I see her social pages are very active with loading of new products however.

Sad to see this behavior in small business owners. I will take my money elsewhere.
