Buyer beware: not all products are as advertised

I have bought six perfumes from Divine Fragrances SA in total. My first purchase was for four perfumes, and I was genuinely happy with them, which is why I went back and ordered two more.

Divine Fragrances SA advertises their products as “original rejects”, so I expected the same quality I received the first time. Unfortunately, the two perfumes from my second order were clearly not original. They smelled nothing like the authentic fragrances, the scent faded almost immediately, and the bottles and packaging were very poor quality.

Because my first experience was positive, I assumed something may have gone wrong with their suppliers, so I contacted the company to raise the issue in good faith. I did not receive any response at all.

This was disappointing, especially given that I was a returning customer.
