When Loss Is Met with Unfair Policies

It is with heavy hearts that we share this news. My father-in-law was admitted to a Divine care facility on the 28th of March, and we paid the required R3500 admin fee, R2250 pro-rata fees for March, and R17500 for April. Tragically, he passed away less than 48 hours later on the 30th of March.

Despite the circumstances, the Divine care facility is refusing to refund the fees for April, leaving our grieving family feeling deeply disheartened and distressed.

We believe this decision is both ********* and inconsiderate towards a family already grappling with loss. As we process our grief, we also feel compelled to speak up about this experience in hopes of raising awareness about policies that lack compassion.
