Divine Beds Worst Service

Worst service after service I have ever encountered. Quick to sell a bed with guarantee promises but after just 6 days it sagged it.. My parents have been trying just over a month to get them to collect and replace the mattress. From being blocked to demanding we keep paying R350 delivery fees each time. Which we said fine we will pay. Sipho promised to collect it today but yet again nothing happened. Rather stick to buying from a shop, at least they know what after service is.
