The best experience I have ever had in a retail store – and I have been to a lot of retail stores 😊

The staff make you feel welcome and go out of their way to find the right gear that will work for you. They are not about upselling or getting you to buy as much as possible, they rather help you find what will be best for your needs. If there was a problem with gear bought, they sort it out immediately without any questions and make sure you are happy with the arrangements that have been made to replace or swap for something else. Advice has always been spot on and I will keep going back for the rest of my days. Excellent effort. Thank you.
