Unhappy Customer

I met an agent from Diversity life pty near Bree Taxi rank. He explained the polices but he was in hurry and told me that someone was going to call me. He took my details down and my bank account and assured me that nothing is going to happen before I get a call from head office. No one called me and suddenly a debit goes out of my account. I called them and they assured me that they had cancelled the policy last month yet the debt order is still active and has debited again this month.
