On the 02.05.24 I was recruited for a catering policy it says 3months probation then I told them that I am planning to do the unveiling they said to me is going to be 12monhs it was confusing.

Then they gave me the number of the guy called Justice I tried to call him but no answer I sent him a message the next day on the 03.05.24 to confirm he told me that they cover only the person on the policy so I told him to cancel the policy for me he requested the account number but I was busy preparing my daughter's wedding it slipped my mind to my suprice on the 07.05.24 they debited my account.

Now I want my refund they said they can't refund me and I feel this is unfair to me as I was misled because they wanted a deal
