I met agents at Bara taxi rank in December they were selling this catering cover policy. I completed and was interested in the product the agent advised that I will receive a call from their office for more clarity and details before any money can be deducted from my account and for me to confirm as well. I need to have this beginning of Jan 2024 to my surprise no call was made next thing my account is debited on the 27 the December when I called them to reverse my money as I wanted this in January and still waiting for their call till to date no call, I was told they don't pay back the money the agent was supposed to tell me that . Daily I call I am being sent from pillar to post you will receive a call regarding your refund still nothing till to date
