Unprofessional estate agent with no FFC needs to be held acountable

Complete lack of professionalism and communication. Manipulates clients and is also NOT a registered estate agent. Please be careful when making use of the services of Wayne Botha from Diverse properties. Ensure you call the EAAB (Estate agency affairs board) to verify whether agents hold valid FFC certificates. This man comes accross as caring initially but in the end does not do his job properly. I highly recommend that any person making use of his services terminate and move to a more efficient company. We have been leasing a new property for 10 months now and still dont even have a rental contract - agreements that were made verbally have never been seen through and now that we want to fight the verbal arrangements he has managed to poison the owners against us and they want to evict us on no solid ground! We pay our rent exactly as agreed upon and look after the property - attempts we even made to accuse us of ******* actions but when asked to deatail ******* actions there was no response (because there were none!!) Please make contact with the EAAB if you have been negatively affected by this man or his company in George, Western Cape. YOU HAVE RIGHTS as a tenant as well as a LANDLORD. Do not be bul****.
