Paid car parts

About four months ago I got into contact with this guy in Lesotho through his friend in connection with drive shaft/axle that I needed to buy because the old one was ****** from my car. This guy by the name Bokang Simuli promised to get it from his mechanic in Lesotho and bring it to me here in Sasolburg. After two days of our conversation he sent me WhatsApp message that finally he got it and it's R2500. I then told him to buy it for me and when he bring it I will refund him but he said he doesn't have money so the best way is to deposit it into his account. Before depositing he said that if I deposit into his account it will take two days to reflect because it is Lesotho account, I then used standard bank instant money thransfer to transfer money amounted R3200 because I also needed timing pulley. The same day he called to let me know that he got the money and later he will collect those car parts. Three days later he confirmed that he got the parts and will deliver the same weekend on Sunday 08/02/2020 but till today he never delivered, he is always promising and now he doesn't pick up my calls anymore so what I am asking is for this guy to be exposed so that people can be aware of this ***** and never do any deals with him as he is into car selling business. Also what is surprising is that he is always travels between Lesotho and Joburg but he doesn't even have decency to bring those car parts or bring back my money. I will be sending his photo if needed.
