STAFF REFUSE TO DO TREATMENTS DUE TO NO WAGES PD

I had a booking at Divas Nails Canal Walk for my mom and I for 60min pedicures each at 19:45 on 1 April 2015. We arrived on time and was told to be seated as they were running a little late as 5 staff members went home due to illness.<br> <br> At 20:03 we were seated at the pedi stations and my mom was attended to and her treatment completed at 20:30 ( which is half the treatment time) by which time I am still waiting to be seen to. I questioned why its taking so long for someone to attend to me as the store would be closing in 30min and was told by the store manager that unfortunately the staff are refusing to do anything as they havent been paid their salaries. <br> <br> The store manager was back and forth on the phone with the owner but no resolution reached. How is it possible that a retail store in a major mall is able to operate like a mickey mouse operation? I left the store with a disgruntled note for the owner of which I am still awaiting some form of response.
