Terrible customer service and don't reply to complaints

<p>I placed an order with them on the 20th of may. And only received my order in the 8th of June. The product was perfect when it arrived and fitted me so well. But a month later it looked as if it was shocking quality material, it was torn and stretched. I contacted the owner and got told she will get back to me. Well 2 weeks later and I still had not heard from them. So I sent an email to info and got told that the owner does not reply to complaints. The lady the proceeded to send an email to the courier company saying I never received my order, which was untrue. So I emailed the lady back and told her that she is not understanding my issue. Today the 17th of august and I still don't have a conclusion to my issue. Seriously disappointed in the "service" I have gotten from them. Would not recommend them to anyone and I am disappointed that I wasted my money with this company</p>
