************!! Do not order via Diva Brands on Facebook.

<p>I ordered 2 items from Diva Brands - Best Deals inline on Wednesday 12 Oct, sent them proof of payment and was told that via fastway my package would take max 3 days to arrive. After paying them, I have not heard from them again. I did not receive a tracking number for my package either. I sent them an email to ask and got no response. I left a comment on their facebook advert on their page about my order and this morning I saw they deleted my comment and blocked me from their page. I also called the office number provided and spoke to a lady called Nomsa, who sounded clueless. She advised that a lady named Lindy, who is the manager just left the office. (convenient) and that see doesnt know if my package had been sent yet. She could not help me or answer me and said I must wait for Lindy to call me back. </p> <p>After that I went in Hello Peter and saw that this has happened to other people as well from Diva Brands.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can I check if this is even a real company?? All I have is the email they sent with details of how to place the order and 2 different banking details to use...???</p>
