Pathetic service from Diva Brands on Facebook

<p>They have great deals. I transferred the amount for the order plus the money for shipping. Only a week after did they contact me. Each time the phone goes to voicemail. That was after they did not reply to my emails or send me an email that is the same each time. The first email you send to someone new in order to give them the right steps to follow. It was either that or short rude messages. When i finally could talk to someone they told me they would send me the tracking number. It has been a week. Now they don't answer the phone. On the email it says it takes 2-3 days to get the package right and 6-7 days to post it. They are stationed in Durban. </p>
