Horrible service and not knowledgeable workers

<p>I got a Baywest gift voucher in a form of a master card so I decided to go to Diva for a pedicure. Firstly the service was terrible and they are not helpful at all and *********. I asked if I could pay with the card as I did at the other shops and no one answered then finally a lady at the till said no THEY DO NOT ACCEPT BAYWEST MASTERCARD GIFT CARDS. Now after driving all the way to Baywest just to use this gift I had to drive back without doing what I wanted. So today I went to the Information desk and those ladies were very helpful and told me there is no such the card can be used at any shop in the centre. Please look into this horrible client service at Diva.</p>
