No Service delivery

<p>i am originally from Phatsima in phola/ ditsobotla. i left in 2006 after completing my matric and now reside in soweto. ever since i was born i believe so; the whole location has no pavements and no proper roads where people can drive their cars without stressing about the potholes and gravel road where they get punctures. since then i went to visit a week ago wow i was left amazed by the lack of service delivery. the government is building more RDP houses but there are no roads no pavements no street lights. when it rains you cannot drive your car in the location because there's holes all over and the streets becomes flooded with water and later mud , no drainage basins. i wish i had all the money in the world. i was gonna turn the place into a place where people enjoy the surroundings. it makes me wonder what the Councillor's duties are? or maybe the residents have given up on the rulling party that hey see no need to complain about the service delivery in the area. Phola looks like **** i must say</p>
