Bad customer service by Comedian Tshepo Twala aka Ditsebe.com

I booked Tshepo Twala aka Ditsebe.com for a 40th party. He was booked from 13-15h00 and payment was made to his FNB account. The guy was so late on the 10th of Nov. He arrived only at 16h00. We still made a way on the program for him as this was a surprise for miss party. He only performed for 45mins and left. He actually opted for a refund when he arrived cz he was so late but we agreed on him performing for an hour and then refunding the other hour (R4000 as the total was R8000).

however, when I sent Sanah Madikwe (his PA) my bank details I was told that the refund will be effected in 7 days as this is their policy. How can you disrespect your customer but still enjoy a 7 day rule? 7 days came and gone. Today is day 16 and instead of them paying me, they keep sending me amongst themselves. Tshepo even had the nerve this morning (27th Nov) telling me to call Sanah at 10am and if I don't get hold of her to call him. He cant follow up with his own employee, I must do it. Mind you, the money was paid into his own personal account.

With this treatment, I actually think i should be given the whole R8000. Do not book this guy, he disrespects his clients
