<p>Recently I had an electrician called Peter from DH Sevices in Pretoria (Head Offices in Johannesburg)"replace" the thermostat in my Defy stove. He was also supposed to replace two switches on my DB and install two surge protectors. I paid him more than R8000 for the job.</p> <p>A few weeks later an electrician from a different firm had to replace the ORIGINAL thermostat as it had never been replaced.The two surge protectors also had not been installed. My son spoke to the owner, Mr Owen Benzy, but he was not interested in making amends.</p>
