PAY BACK THE MONEY FOR LACK OF SERVICE

I had a n arrangement with Mr. Bembe to help me clear my name from ITC. He requested R28000 for that, I then wanted to pay some places that I owe so that I could give him the proofs of payment but he suggested that It's better if he is the one who pays than clear the name there and then. so I transferred the money to his Standard Bank Account an amount of R 50 000. I heard already paid him R 6 000 during the year,So it's R 56 000 in total of which he did not do anything. He never paid any of my accounts, no judgments removed . i then got another company to help me at a cheaper price, I therefore asked him not to worry anymore because I had found people who will help me. He then promised to transfer my money back of which he didn't. He presented himself as a lawyer. Since the 26th of September he has been promising until now he hasn't. He keeps postponing the dates of payment but he doesn't honour his promises. I am now really doubting if he is a legit Lawyer.
