If i could i would rate them zero

If i could i would rate this a zero. Poor customer and delivery service. They dont respond in the time they promise to. They delayed my product by almost 2 weeks. Their communication is so poor that it does not cover up their lack for compensation. They lack professionalism as they did not honor their agreement that the date the product reaches them it will be given to me and instead they delay further. Utter unacceptable for an organization to make a promise and refuse to honor it. There is no communication and agreement within themselves. One email will contradict the other. This made the experience horrible and they refuse to understand and take accountability for the inconvenience that they have caused.
