Distrinode - Long lead times but a very positive experience

Long lead times but I received my Samsung Z8 Flip as promised at a much cheaper price. I was initially quite sceptical about ordering through Distrinode, especially as I had never used them before and their prices for brand new devices seemed too good to be true compared to local stores. Although the order did take longer than expected, I must give credit where it is due. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and they were always responsive to queries. What initially concerned me was the payment process. I opted to pay a 10% deposit upfront and then the remaining 90% was payable on delivery. I was then told that because the product arrived in Johannesburg and due to Courier policies I had to pay the remaining balance before the phone could be sent to Cape Town. I made the payment and true their word within two days the phone arrived in Cape Town as promised. Overall despite the longer waiting period and my initial doubts, Distrinode delivered on their promises. A positive experience in the end and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who may be hesitant about ordering as you can get brand new devices at much cheaper prices than local stores in SA.
