Stole my booking fee when not there

I just have to bring this to attention, I looked online for a place to stay for 3 weeks, I found a site called [URL Removed] then saw a District Six Backpackers, their ad looked good, communal kitchen and living room ext, I made a provisional booking on my credit card for R2080, the next day I went to go see the premises, I was very disappointed, there is no kitchen or lounge, the place sits on top of a hotel, so entrance is threw a hotel, so as I do not drink I told them I want to cancel, it was false advertising, the next day they stole the money out of my account, when I call them they say I must go threw [URL Removed] they say they can not do anything so what am I suppose to do to get my money back. Next step will be the ombudsman.
