Extremely bad workmanship

Took my bike starter for recon after being told it would be ready on Friday no communication only to receive it back the following week Wednesday not assembled correctly . I corrected the housing and fit it to my bike to no avail the starter did not work I decided to open it up only to find they did install new brushes bud the solder work was done look like a 4 year old tried to solder the joints . And the joints shorted out . After a call with the guy that worked on it he told me he won't refund me sins I opened the starter bud I meen how long do I have to wait to get my bike running the quality of there work and service is not up to standard
