Stay away from DISTINGUISHED PROPERTIES !!!!!!

Hello world.

I had a very bad experience with a lady named Paige Conlin who is the owner of Distinguished Properties who does Rentals of homes in the Johannesburg area. We had an issue with the geyser for about 3 months and our electricity bill went to around double all of a sudden ! We complained about this and held back payment and asked her to please look into this and sort this out ASAP as a principal issue not a money issue. The geyser was actually replaced and the plumber told us that this was indeed the cause of the problem. Soon after that the electricity bill came down !!

She has completely disrespected me and spoke to me like a kid after I asked her simply to let me know how much credit is due to us and when it will be sorted out .This woman needs to learn how to deal with clients and she also said she will not apologise to me after the way she treated me. If this is the way she treats clients my advice to you out there is to NOT deal with her and to let everyone out there know the same. Paige needs to learn something called CUSTOMER SERVICE especially in todays times !!!!!!!!!
