DISTINGUISHED PROPERTIES - DO NOT ENGAGE ANY BUSINESS !

Distinguished Properties was represented by director Paige Conlin herself. She is owing us the owners of property a lot of money, also owing previous tenants deposit and repairs outstanding that was suppose to be deducted from deposit. Previous tenants has outstanding Mogale City account which also was not deducted from deposit and paid to us the owners. She is ignoring our emails and when we phone her "***friend" answers he call and says she has been sick and he will sort everything out, only not to get back to us, keeps making promises but not releasing our funds. This has been going on for months on end since October 2022. We have laid a complaint at PPRA and will take action where necessary.
