Worst traumatic experience

Was involved in an accident with one of their employees and had to claim 3rd party, where their driver acknowledged he was in the wrong. It took almost 6 months of fighting, unanswered calls and emails for the insurance claim to fall through and at the end was offered a settlement that doesn't even cover half of the damages to my car.

I'm stressed at this point trying to find a panelbeater that would be able to assist with my car, and mind you I'm a heavily pregnant woman.

I know accidents are a misfortune, things we can't predict but sometimes when you know you're wrong take responsibility and rectify your wrongs.
