Poor service

HelloPeter. In August 2019 Amarula had a a womans day competition where one can win a R2500 hamper. I was one of the six winners who were asked in September 2019 for my address contact number and address where they can send my prize and a woman with the name of Elizabeth will call.I have given it to them and until today I have not received my prize.I have follow it up several and are bluntly ignored. I was then promised in February 2020 that I will get a Takealot voucher and until today still didn't received it. I have decided to stop supporting Amarula as I do not want to have business with a company such as Distell that have false advertising and lie to their consumers and treat them like we need them more than they need us.I have supported Amarula long before entering competition but just stopped.
