No feedback on prize won from hunters #RedRoadTrip

I have been waiting for 3 months I have been told onthe first week of April that I won and still for some time there has been no feedback on the #Redroadtrip competition on Twitter I have been constantly Direct messaging Hunters and putting tweets out and including them and all I get is we will look into the matter and escalate it but still nothing
