Hunters Dry - squashed lids - rendering it off and unsafe to consume

I bought a case of Hunters Dry 23 December - only to find almost half of their lids were flattened and barely covering the top of the bottle! Thus - we couldnt drink any of those as they were flat and foul smelling. I lodged a complaint on their website (this is the 3rd time we have had issues - last time they took over 6 months to reply to me) This time - NO REPLY at all. I even sent an email to hunters complaints, as well as Distell (whos mailbox is FULL) Emails sent 23/12, 3/01, and 19 Jan ---and they completely ignore a person!
