Dont Give a Damn

So approximately 4 weeks ago, I bought a 5 liter cask of DrostdyHof Claret Select, as I and my family do on a monthly basis and as we have been doing for at least the past 5 years, as we enjoy the wine for casual drinking. On opening the cask we established that it was off....although the packaging date and shelf life date were within norms. I attempted to contact DrostdyHof via their website and contact details on the 13th and the 27th of August, to date they havent even ackowledged my mail. So, we stop buying anything from DrostdyHof....we tell all our friends and we post on Hello Peter.
