Did not receive my prize

My name is Shonisani i have a complaint, last year 19 September i won with @SavannaCider till this day they haven't hand out my prize they keep telling me their team will look in to it my question is why are they not sending my prize because its been long

Im asking for your help to help me get my prize. Thank you
