After calling multiple times, they eventually tell me that my second parcel is on the way (it's 3 weeks later and I still haven't received the 2nd parcel or an invoice). They advertised that you get a free backpack with joining the Uitblinkers Disney Book Club, only to hear you only get it in the 2nd parcel. When I called again, I was told that the free bag only comes in your 3rd parcel. So when am I getting it exactly, because I'm still waiting for my second parcel which was supposed to be delivered in September. The call centre agents are extremely unhelpful and have no manners. They advertised on Facebook that you get a bag for free when joining. I only got the booksand later on told me that thisis not true. So this is false advertising. I am highly disgusted.
