Poor customer service

<p>My dad (an elderly pensioner of 78 years of age) purchased a component for his vehicle at Dismantled Motors Port Elizabeth. the component has just arrived in the shop and my dad purchased it before it could even reach the shelves. When he left the shop he clearly asked the sales guys if he would be able to return the the component should it be incorrect for his vehicle. they all clearly confirmed thet they would gladly refund him if he returns the component together with the invoice. To make a long story short, they blatently refused to refund him when he brought the component back with the invoice and accussed him of being a "*****". This type of customer service is a disgrace. R600-00 might not sound like a lot of money but to a pensioner it means surviving at the end of the month.</p>
