Zapper Disky license renewal

Zapper is advertising a service to renew your vehicle license through their portal. The li k opens a Whatsapp chat which leads you through a process and you add photos of your current license and ID. It keeps returning a message that it cannot pick up the vehicle VIN number, even though it is clearly visible and you then enter the number. The Chatbot clearly does not work properly. Very frustrating!
