NO REFUND PAID ****

I made a payment to Disky, it has been weeks, I have received a sms on the 17th of April 2023 advising they will refund me. They had excuses when they had to issue my license disc. It is the 25th, they do not respond to messages, emails and calls. I have been struggling with them for a while.
