No refund of payment from Disky Car Licence

I made payment of R1350.50 to Disky Car Licence on 06/03/2023. Due to me moving into a new house, I had no current statement of address and so my disk was not processed.

I was told by Car Licence on 23/03/2023 that my refund was made and that the issue had been resolved.

It is now 20/04/2023 and I have still not received my refund.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of attendance my issue has received to date.
